2. Product Nature

  • All products are made from fresh-cut flowers, which are perishable and have a limited lifespan.
  • Variations in color, size, and arrangement may occur due to natural differences and seasonal availability.
  • Product photos are for reference only and may slightly differ from the actual arrangement.

3. Orders

  • Orders are subject to the availability of flowers and materials.
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Custom or made-to-order arrangements require confirmation before processing.
  • Orders will only be prepared after payment confirmation (if applicable).

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Orders must be paid in full before processing unless otherwise agreed.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payments (including PayPal).

5. PayPal Payments

  • Payments made via PayPal must be completed in full before order processing.
  • The customer is responsible for any PayPal transaction fees unless otherwise stated.
  • For international transactions, PayPal currency conversion rates and additional charges may apply based on PayPal’s policies.
  • Orders paid via PayPal will only be processed once payment is successfully received and confirmed.
  • Unauthorized, disputed, or fraudulent PayPal transactions may result in order cancellation.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as traffic, weather, or courier delays.
  • Accurate and complete delivery information must be provided by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may only be canceled within a limited time before preparation begins.
  • Once preparation or arrangement has started, cancellations may not be allowed.
  • Custom, event-based, and urgent orders are non-cancellable once confirmed and paid.

8. Return and Refund Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be granted if:
    • The wrong item was delivered
  • Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, along with photo or video evidence.

9. Care Instructions

  • Customers are responsible for proper handling and care upon receiving the flowers.
  • We recommend placing flowers in clean water, trimming stems at an angle, and storing them in a cool area away from direct sunlight.

10. Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or care after delivery.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or misuse of our products.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
