2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Missing items in the order
3. Reporting a Problem
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be granted in the following situations:
- Minor variations in color, size, or arrangement due to seasonal availability
- Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage
- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather conditions)
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of fulfillment may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation may have already begun
6. Care Responsibility
Once the flowers have been delivered, proper care is the responsibility of the customer to maintain freshness:
- Place flowers in clean water immediately
- Keep them in a cool area away from direct sunlight
- Change water regularly and trim stems if needed
